What a wonderful feeling it is to be able to reopen the museum to the public again. It has been a deep and very dark winter indeed. As I gaze through the window of the DeWitt Cottage onto the garden; I see signs of Spring and a complete renewal of faith in humanity emerging all about us! I have renewed energy and hope for a brighter future. Please plan a visit soon and stay in touch as we begin to plan for our Summer and Fall events. We are practicing all of the Pandemic protocols and masks are required inside the museum building. We have an all–new gift shop with lots of art, photographs and carvings by local artists. We have an array of new products like all–natural soaps and lotions by Daisy Blue, and even a Duck Headcover for your golf clubs.
